Reach stackers, container handlers and related port equipment from KALMAR (DRF, DRG and DRU series), HYSTER, KONE CRANES, SANY, TEREX and VOLVO. On the driveline and engine side that covers CUMMINS QSM 11 and QSB 6.7, ZF and DANA transmissions, and KESSLER axles.

Both. ESS overhauls engines and transmissions in its own workshop, including Cummins QSM 11 and QSB 6.7 engines and DANA and ZF driveline units — strip-down, inspection and rebuild.

What is the ESS king-pin wear pad?

A part ESS designed itself after the standard bearing-and-bush arrangement on the Kalmar king pin kept failing and putting customers’ machines down. The wear pad replaces that arrangement outright and has now passed 2300 running hours in service.
